Honestly, good luck ever trying to get a Batista's attention. No one ever looks up to eye level to avoid having to deal with customers. Several times I've made mobile orders and had to wait longer than people who have ordered on line. This is the closest location on your in or out of Alameda and it's not the greatest. Other Star's on the island are much better and a heck of a lot friendlier.

Great people work here, but they are often out of the Dragon Fruit bits for my drink or are out completely. The manager needs to order supplies better, especially since we are getting into the warmer months.

Great service by the employees but no outlets to connect devices and a fly was inside the closed food display case.

The employees themselves were friendly, fast, and professional and the shop is very clean. For their side alone I wish I could give 5-stars. However, there was not a single outlet plug available for any of the customers to use in the sitting areas. This is a rather large hindrance for those hoping to work in the shop and definitely will make me to drive further to a different location in the future.

Typical starbucks quality but the wait is ridiculous. They really need to figure out a better way to handle online orders. You will wait forever at this starbucks. There will be nobody else in the store but you still wait. The staff is very friendly though
